If the CD is like the 107 CD , what they did for older cars is to take bitmapped images of pages of the service manual (or at least the "most imporant" parts of it), turned them into Adobe PDF's, and then organized them (somewhat) with an HTML/Flash based front end. Not great, but I'd pay the $20 for it, not really that much more than the bootlegs.
