I'm pretty sure that the AMM harness is part of whats called the engine harness on the body, as opposed to the engine harness on the engine. It turns out that MB sells just the part going to the AMM separately. On this one EPC I have at home it shows 140 540 00 36. I would definitely verify that number, before using it.
