The ALDA can only increase the fuel enrichment. It does it across all operating ranges.
You seem confused on fuel enrichment and turbo boost. The ALDA can't increase the boost from the turbo. A wastegate adjustment is required for that.
The ALDA can simply add fuel when it sees boost pressure from the manifold.
