Well, the turbo is putting out a perfect amount of boost. So, you only need to adjust the ALDA for more fuel. The shim does that. Also, the screw in the top can also do the same thing, if you turn it counter-clockwise. Only go 1/2 turn at a time and drive it. Look for a performance increase at part throttle and look for smoke. If necessary, adjust it another 1/2 turn. You need to do it in increments and carefully montitor the driveability.

Your're probably right. The vehicle needs more fuel enrichment at part load conditions.
