You probably need to resync your windows in order for the top to begine working again. Disconnecting the battery will cause this. Simply push the buttons in the up position with the windows completly up and count to 5. Your windows should auto-down after that and should drop a qtr inch when opening the door. If this doesn't work, disconnecct the neg side of the battery and reconnect. Resync the windows and try again. Make sure you have your radio code. Good luck!
