Leaky head gasket ...What else to do?

My 116.96* (in my '84 500SL) has a leaking head gasket on pasenger side. I'm thinking I should do both sides (98,300 miles).

What else should/could be done at the same time to take advantage of the disassembly/labor cost (you know - two birds, one stone)? I will have the radiator pulled and recored (all metal euro model) and minor rubber relaced (vac lines, etc.) Timing chain.guides and rails already done recently

Oil consumption is "normal" if accounting for minor leak but, 21 year old valve seals are probably ready to retire?

Lacking the tools, knowledge and time, I'm having my indy do it - cost matters so I'm looking to squeeze what i can out of the labor cost.

Your sage advice eagerly anticipated...

Kevin
