Even though Performance Products may occasionally be cheaper, they don't offer the kind of service Phil does. Also, I have gotten some pretty shoddy parts from Performance Products ie: an oil cap that the tabs broke off when removing it. I had to pull the head to get the metal pieces out.
PP is in California and their shipping is much higher and takes two to three times longer to receive parts.
Phil has never steered me wrong!
