There may be 10,000 people dead. And some of them may be dead because of the failure of the FEDERAL government to do an adequate job in a timely manner.
Last I looked, GWB was the head of the FEDERAL government and the person where the buck stops. No blame involved. No rubbing of hands. Just an observation of the facts presented. Or do you disagree with these facts?
Maybe you feel that he is doing the best that he can. No national guard troops or security personnel for four days, thereby rendering any rescue personnel useless. No coordination by FEMA of the various rescue personnel, as explained by Bot. Do you really think this performance is acceptable?
