...Dang....Mr. Lewallen, where the heck were you and this forum when I was hurting??? Almost sounds all too easy. But if all things topside are considered to be in tip top shape, then this surely would be the ticket.

I remember reading something a while back (not on this forum) about the crank being hardened. I'm sure that grinding and going to undersize bearings is acceptable or why else would they make the bearings. I guess the next question is...how deep do you go without getting into the soft stuff?
