Charge the battery, check all fluids, eyeball the inline fuel filter, Prime the pump about 10 tens and start the damn thing. If it's any good it will start. If it does start then take the time and money to fix the other things. Stay simple or it will cost you dearly.

The car is old so the engine might be done for. At any rate good luck and if it does run half way decent SELL IT! People park cars for reasons, especially non turbo diesel Mercedes.
