The A-arm bushing is on the suspension while the idler arm bushing is for steering.

Mine does a "tuk" sound when I brake but since my front suspension (W123) needs some fixing on Wednesday I will just let the mechanic fix it and if it still is there then it's something else.

A rattling sound could be the ball joint, as in a "tuk" when you brake. A creaking sound is rubber bushings.
