I don't care how meticulous the car was cared for, any vehicle with a good amount of miles will need some bucks spent the first year of ownership. Though you could end up being one of the few lucky one's.

Whether it be suspension work, new brakes, new exhaust- nothing major (well, susp can be pricey) but I'd expect to spend a grand or so the first year, esp. driving ~4K miles/month.
