Well didn't the decades old welfare program teach any lessons....
name whats wrong with giving them work to do..in exchange for money to live untill they get their acts together?
Its good for their self esteme and self respect...and keeps them occupied in productive things rather than committing crimes.
They get money to survive short term..
And work that needs done gets done...
Why should they be paid to sit on their buts get fatter, make more babies and moan and whine about how its out problem to keep them happy when they chose to live next to the water below sea level...
