edict1, you'll need a small screwdriver to pry out the plastic fasteners securing the black plastic trim piece. One or two of the fasteners may be hidden by the adhesive labels atop the trim piece. After you remove the trim piece the bolts securing the bumper in place will be visible. I can't quite remember if the bumper has a slip-fit over studs on each rear fender or if you need to remove the trunk liner on either side to access bolts. Once you have the rear bolts out it will be obvious.
