The radio station spacing is unit specific, although you will still be able to manually tune the radio stations.

As for the lighting, replacement of the corner marker bulb holder and the turn signal relay might do the trick, since they use a single filament bulb (turn signal only). The relay replacement will likely prevent a constant burned out bulb warning.
