Photoshop help!! can you figure out the liscense plate numbers?
a friend of mine's shop was broken into and he needs help figuring out the temp tags. are there any photoshop gurus out there that could maybe do some wonders. I figured maybe remove some light layers to see the darker letters more. any help would be appreciated.

dont try to work on the jpg. they are lower quality.
