Yeah, I removed that 14mm bolt, and a bunch came out. Kinda made me wonder if that wasn't a drain, and I'd missed the level plug!

I probably should try draining the governor assy because I'm sure with the amount that came out of the IP that there is going to be some in there. I don't think siphoning that out would work because of the diaphragm, unless I siphoned through the vac line connection. Have to find a small diameter siphon hose I guess. hmmm...

I think I'll try siphoning the IP reservoir as well. I'd rather not flush it like that with Mobil 1. That'd get pretty 'spensive!
