They can be had through e-bay or other private sellers, sometimes very reasonably. I bought mine new from MB, which cost a good $200 for 3 manuals in 1996. Or, you can access http://mb.braingears.com/, which makes the real manual available. You can print it all out if you have the time and printing resources. If you do, you can put it in a 3 hole binder so it can lay flat.
