sorry to take so long to respond. I was super busy yesterday.

anyway, I got my car back. I dropped the catalytic converter and drilled a 2 inch hole through it. Put it back on and now I'm back in business. I would eventually like to get this replaced, but for now this is good enough.

I took the car out on the road. I have to admit that the pick up seems to be a little weak, but everything else is ok. I was able to climb steep hills with no problem. I got out on the highway and got going pretty fast with no problem. climbed a hill and was able to pass a truck with ease.

Like I said, the pick up seems a bit slow on the uptake. I'm a bit concerned. Pulling out into traffic or to pass is slow. Also, sometimes I get black smoke when I pull out and when I pass. I'm going to search the forum to look into these issues. I just wanted to give an update.
