Get two very slim 24mm(?) wrenches and undo the retainer holding the ALDA to the IP. With the ALDA off the car you can tweak the set screw (CCW for more fuel) or add shims between the ALDA and IP like gsxr does.

Why two wrenches? I see it being connected by a huge nut at the bottom, is this normal?
