Hi,
Does any one know if the three screws in the rear of the
ignition switch can be accessed by removing the knee bolster
and ignition switch harness plug from under the dash.

Really would like to replace it without having to mess
with the instrument panel or the steering column.

Any help appreciated on the easiest way to do this.
