I have done the EGR mod and CCV mod after a thorough cleaning of the intake manifold (thanks Michakaveli for the insight). Took photos if anyone wants to see it. Next mod is additional welds to front spring perches (no rust evident-just insurance). Am considering removal of phone to create more storage space. Have ordered Hella glass headlight/foglamp covers from PUMA to replace foggy plastic lenses. Interested in chipping engine, but will wait for others to report on it first.
