				Stopping rust

I just inherited a <cough> Buick from my mother in law. At one point, the battery leaked and the car now has a rusty frame rail. I know there is a product out there that can convert the rust into a protective coating, but I don't know what it's called or where to find it. I'm not concerned about the way it looks. Did I mention it's a Buick?

thanks for the info guys. I had been searching for these products myself for the longest. Need to undercoat the truck that has developed rust. My question is, if I dont want to do this myself, would the autobody or the paint shop do this for me ? Is there a shop in NJ that someone can recommend for this who probably already have these products at their shop and will paint for me as well. I tried going to a couple of autobody repair shops but none of them proved to be knowledgeable or helpful in this matter.
