1992 300CE Radio model Question

I have a 92 300 CE with a Becker am/fm cassette. I did not get a book with it and want to know if I can wire a CD changer to it. I have heard the mode button will allow me to do that. If so are the wires already in the car from from to back or do I need to get them?

What model Becker would be in the car?
