Dynamat Alternatives?

My next project is replacing the stock audio equipment. I'd like to complete that with a sound dampening product. Hopefully theres a cost effective alternate to Dynamat? I plan on doing the trunk, doors, and cabin.

Search <mass-loaded sheeting> on this site and/or damping.

Might give you some ideas. FWIW

When I redid my whole car audio system, I added sound proofing as well. I started with Dynamat Extreme - and when I ran out, I switched to Cascade.

I bought the DE online and got a pretty good price for it (can't remember where, do a few Google searches and you'll find some good pricing). I bought a whole car kit, and barely had enough to finish my trunk (I covered the trunk really good).

I switched to Cascade because the DE was fairly messy. Cascade was easy to work with and seems to do a very good job.

I bought Cascade online at an ebay site.

I can't help you in Norway (I'm in US). I'd do a google search on Cascade Door or something like that. Should turn up plenty for you... (I said google cascade door since since that's one of their products - Cascade Door Kit. You should get better results than just doing Cascade)

Thumbs up

Some Peel N' Seal from Home Depot or Lowes works well too.
