hi can anyone tell me what kind of cartridge do i need to buy to fit the C200 Kom Avanguard 2003 Model?

Do any one know the part no, or the brand of the CD Changer installed in dashboard? ... i guess it a 6 disc cd Changer!??! but not sure, not even about it brand name!!

Does A0028206289 (part no cartridge) fit to my car?
