I went to pick and pull this weekend and pick up a aftermarket antenna motor. However, the prongs on it are the two style ones and my 79 240d has a 5 style kind. Any suggetions on how to hook this up. I do have a antenna button on my dash i think the later models were automatic?

You should get the correct unit for your car, not alter the car to accept the wrong unit.
Search the "Parts" forum, someone should have the correct one for sale cheap.
