is there any value in my stock radio?

I'm having a shop install a new stereo system in my 1993 300E tomorrow and am wondering if my factory unit is worth anything to anyone. It is the standard AM/FM with cassette and 6 disc changer in the trunk. Should I recover all of the stuff from the installer and Ebay it or is it even worth it?

It's worth nothing. Box it up and send it to me for free.....

Watch eBay, head units with the amps, speakers, and a cd changer should go for at least $100 i would think. I know VW changers sell pretty regular. Good Luck, Chuck

if it all works, dont throw it out... I'd keep everything, speakers, adapters, changers, amps and headunits... everything that comes out...

Box it up, and try to sell it... If you dont get more then $100 for it, keep it with the car...

What's the setup that youre putting into it?

OK I just got it back and it sounds great! I got a Pioneer Premier DEH-P480MP. It has a CD/MP3 player and all the usual BS, I have to learn what all the functions are still. I kept the stock speakers and they are more than adequate, I also left the 6 CD changer in the trunk functional. So now I have the stock head unit, amp and face to try to sell...any takers?
