I have this pre-owned 2003 ML350, yesterday my battery dead, so the radio has asked me to enter 5-digit secruity code.

Does any one know how to get the code besides to going to the MB dealer?

my vin# is 4JGAB57E33A405096, it's a 2003 ML350

I have double check the serial # again, they were fine, please could you double check it for me

the pass code you have provied "43121" if the # won't work,what would be the problem you think?

check your serial number let me know if there are any letters in the serial number, if the s/n is correct, then likely your unit is defective
