Hey every1!
just wanted to say a quick hello to everybody, im a new owner of a 98' E430 black on black...saw this site and read a few posts in the forum and was interested in the discussions everybody has! So i registered and hope i can get some valuable information and meet some cool ppl here ...

first thing i wanted to do to my car was to change the whole stereo system...I want new speakers {but not sure wat size they are or wat i should put}, i want a new dvd head unit, and a sub would b great! For now im focusing on changing the stereo because im a music lover and had a great system in my old car, so i wanna go bak to sumthin good ...Is it a big deal to change the stereo in these types of car? considering everything is computerised with codes etc?? I dont wanna break anything haha...Also, im from Australia and was wondering if anybody knew of any websites where they sell aftermarket mercedes parts...just wanted to dress the car up a bit, from the inside first then work my way out.

Welcome over.

Most of the factory stuff is integrated, so if you want to do the swap... I'd run everything separate. Amplifiers for the drivers
