Is there an AM/FM/SW head unit for my W202 '98 C230 that will still operate my CD changer? (10pin wired unit non fiber optic.)

I'm still looking for an AM/FM/SW with single CD (oh, and wx would be nice, too) BUT I'll give a holler if I see one.

I bought an Audio 10 from this website source.

It has LW/SW/MW coverage and a single CD slot and has worked well in my W202. I don't think it can control the factory CD changer but since the Audio 10 is a factory MB radio in Europe, maybe it could.

There are also Audio 10s frequently available on e-bay.

According to this article it will control the fiber optic changer but not the wired unit. Thanks for the info.

One will fit into the dash of a W202 and one will not.

For my W202, if I get this Audio 10 in dash cd unit it claims better , dynamic powerful sound. Is it true?

I have heard that the Becker model 1350 will operate my non fiber optic cd changer and give me am/fm/sw directly at the head unit. Can anyone confirm this?
