93 600SL - Trunk to Passenger Compartment Wiring

I want to add Sirius radio to my car and plan to mount the receiver unit in the trunk but I will need a way to get a cable to the control unit in the cabin. Which is the best and shortest passthrough to use and how do I go about running the cable through it? Thanks.
