Alpine changer help please

I got a 93 300D with a mercedes-benz tape deck and an alpine 6 cd changer in the trunk it have a wired controller on the mid console

tried to reset the changer by unpluging it for a couple of minutes and pluging it back

Here is what it does :

With radio to any station if I turn the cd unit on the radio voice goes away the unit powers up I can here the cd changer moving and cd's being loaded it actualy reads cd -01 -02 etc on the display unit
the radio displays CC-------------E if I hit the mode button to switch over to cd changer
the wire display for the changer looks like its working if I hit play it would display the play icon skips to next song and next cd if I wanted to as well

is it confusing or what ? haha

and the antenna does not go up or down on its own i would have to get out at the carwash to push it and then pull it back up, dont hear the motor going on at all so i am thinking thats shot

CD Changer

Sounds like the changer just needs service. You can send it to me if you like. Just visit my website and use the repair request form PDF.
