Hello. Every time I go to audio shop for some minor installation, they don't give me a ride back home and this makes me reluctant do other stereo upgrade. I know this sounds like I am lazy and all but, I have to take a cab home. It costs me like 40 bucks for the cab. The audio shop is like 40 minutes from my home. I wish they had loaner car or something. Well, I did ask my girfreind for a ride but, after she did that a couple of times, she refuses. Am i asking too much here?? Thanks.. Take care..

Find another install shop.

In all seriousness, they will NOT offer to give you a ride home if its a small job. For them to take you home costs them more than a cab, as they cant be earning money while they drive you back! If you are spending thousands of dollars with them, then you should expect a ride, but if you're only having a new headunit put in, i think its unreasonable to expect a ride.

In town maybe, but 40 minutes is a long ride.

My car stereo shop also sells home audio and video and is next door to a Gateway computer store and a Borders bookstore. There is a mall there too. I can kill a couple hours shopping, with or without my wife.
