Having just installed an NHT 1259 12" sub in the trunk of my 500E, appeared to work fine until the amp blew up
 New one on the way, should be in tomorrow  However, upon testing all of the speakers' resistances (front both 3.1 ohms, rears 2.8) I found the sub tested at 0.00, or nothing. However, the sub passed a continuity test from terminal to terminal. And I think it smells a bit, but that could be lingering from the cooked amp (Precision Power PowerClass 4100: (2 X 100 Watts + 1 X 400) Is it cooked?
