I just picked up 99 slk230 and love it. the only problem is that it shows code on the radio. I searched in the manual and all the paperwork but couldn't find the code. I called the nearest dealer (45 miles from me). They said because the car was never at their shop I had to bring proof of ownership to them to get the code. I can understand why........ but really ? Who would want to steal a 14 year old radio ???
