I'm going to be getting a Pioneer P940 within the next month, I will also be have my 4x6's and 6x9's installed. I hear that at local shops the cost will run me close to 150 for the install of the head unit. I hear it's not a hard job, can anyone offer some suggestions? Do I need some kind of wiring harness, or what? I now have a cheap aftermarket Kenwood cassette unit now, if that helps.
I am definately getting my 6x9's installed professionally, but with the 4x6's is that something I could do myself or what? I really need to do as much as I can myself to cut back on labor charges.
