Lightbulb AC Delco cd changer into 1994 E420?

Hello, I'm supposed to be picking up a 1994 e420 with the becker radio/cd/tape tommorow, I was wondering if I could install an AC Delco 12 cd changer from a 1997 corvette into the benz, I don't have the cables for the AC Delco changer, any info on where to get it, the local cowboys at Chervolet claim they don't sell the cables or know anything about it, even though they sell the car. I will call AC Delco but want to know if the transplant is possible.

Thanks in advance

It would be nearly impossible to do that as they work on different language. Your best bet is to put it on e bay and then take the money and buy an alpine that works wiith your radio. When you get your money let me know and I will assist you in getting the right changer for your car..

Thanks for the reply, I'm gonna keep the Delco cd changer, I will try to get the cables later, but for now what suggestions do you have for a cd changer. I have the car now, it has the factory tape player

There are two models of alpines that will work one is @$300.00 including the adapter to plug into the stock harness and the other plays mp3 encoded discs and has more flexibility working with the newer alpine radios if you ever upgrade to a new radio and it is@$400.00. The mounting bracket is additional if you want to put it in the pocket otherwise it can mount to the rear shelf.
