Fiber Optic CD Changer Cable

I'm looking for the fiber optic cable that links the stereo head unit to the changer. (I have a '94 C280 and am looking to wire a fiber optic changer instead of the regular changer, I have the head unit, now just looking for the changer and cable.) Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
