Analog Phone Fix
Hi,
I have been through this several times on many forums, and I still have not found an answer to this age old question. I have an outdated analog phone in the 98 SL500. What do I have to do to upgrade to a digital? No one in the area will activate the analog phone! NY/CT Thanks

Weird development
Well, since fixing the leak in the air line to my orthopedic seat, the door light problem has gone away. Probably a coincidence, and temporary.

With the BMW 740 crowd a popular approach was to repurpose the compartment that the Analog phone was in. Especially since phones/systems are so small now.

Analog Phone for SL
Call me old fashioned but I like original compenents in my SL. Would you be willing to sell the analog phone system?

I have my OEM phone available. I removed the dash mounted dialing pad and the phone cradle in the center console. PM me and I will give you the details.
