Is it okay to use stock speakers for a while

Hi,
I put in a new HU, that has a RMS 23Watts.
Is it okay to use the stock speakers from the 300E for like a week before I install new infinitys in it.
I saw the stock speakers are 18W.

I just installed a new Alpine head unit and rear Kappas. Left the fronts stock for now, and didn't do the amps yet. Sound? Pretty much stock or like ****, I guess. The radio really isn't enough for the rear speakers and the front speakers? Well, they are just stock... so...
