It just so happens that i also am replacing my visor cover. Pasenger side. You get them from the dealer. In my case Fletcher Jones MBZ in Las Vegas, those crooooks. It cost me $39.00 for one cover. I have a 92 500Sl. I also have to replace the mirror insert w/ mirror cover. $ 105.00. Not sure how you get it out of visor. Oh, they will have to order them. Hope this helps.

The visor trim piece is unfortunately a MB Dealer only part.
