1983 240D interior color code

Hi everyone,

Would anybody be able to help me out in identifying the original interior color for the 1983 240D I just picked up? Here is a picture of the code plate.

I've tried to identify it where some sites say it's above the paint code 568 signal red but 067 doesn't seem like an interior color code to me.

Thanks

I thought maybe the original interior SA code would be on the data plate but it doesn't seem to be. I've deciphered most of it and haven't found anything related to interior.

Here are some of the SA code resources I used:

See picture above, I would guess it's either palomino, creme, or creme beige.

Here is also the paper tag I found on the upper part of the back seat. I'm not sure if that helps or not.

I can comfortably say it's not palomino.

Thank you, that's very helpful. I won't plan on Palomino.

I don't see 155 or 175 on my main SA code plate, is there anywhere else in the car I could check that it would be?

The MBZ Classic Center in CA could probably answer with precise accuracy via the VIN. They can also probably get you all the data card information.

Good luck!!!
