touch up paint
hello guys
i posted a question on the previous post for touch up paint but it was probably missed. my question is: i believe the 87 & 88 420sel's had a clear coat. the respondents talked in detail of how to use touch up paint and a couple of "systems". However.. no one spoke in regard the clear coat. i have a few rust spots on the roof at the sunroof that i would like to repair without painting the whole roof or car. is this possible without dealing with the clearcoat and have it still look ok. tks much craig

Have you tried
www.paintscratch.com When you select your color (based on year/model, code, etc) there will be a comment about whether there is clear coat or not.
