Paintless dent repair.
Two methods. One uses a suction system with braces, the other actually pushes the dent out from the inside with special tools. The only bummer with the second method is that it requires making a hole in the door jamb (which is then plugged). Sometimes they can go down through the window but not usually. I've seen it work and they can do incredible work. They are all over, call your local dealer and see who they use... personally, I prefer method #2 above. As for scatches, I use McGuire's for the fine stuff and Liquid Glass pre-cleaner for harder stuff like waterspots on the paint. I like it because it is very mild and doesn't leave scratches behind. There may be other comparable products, but why switch from something that works? Hope that helps.
