diesel injection pump.

Installed the injection pump om my 300d, have no pump pressure at all. Engine has totally been rebuilt, new sleeves,pistons rings, timing chain,etc. I live in Mobile, Alabama, and nobody i know around here can rebuild a injection pump. Heard to many horror stories of the few available shops around here. Where i can i send it to be rebuilt. Sure wished i could do it myself, but that is the way it goes. Any help would be appreciated.
