Does FastLane have the part you need

Questions about Parts?
Call Phil for help at
1-888-333-4642
Mon-Fri 8:00a-6:30p ET
(NOT for technical support)

The parts on the FastLane website are NOT all they have!!! :sun_smile
Much more is availible by calling Phil... :sun_smile

The website is very nice; but it is still worth a call to ask Phil if they have it or can get it, or even match someones price.
Don't forget to tell Phil you'r a mercedesshop.com Diesel forum member, every time you call... :sun_smile

Good luck and have a great day. :)

Good Advice

Phil has more parts/availability of parts, than are listed. Waiting on Phil for a new battery tray, hopefully plastic. :D

Also,

If you don't want to wait on the phone, e-mail him a parts request. He can get parts that you might think are "dealer only" and sometimes for a better price. ;)

Phil has always treated me right. He has been able to get almost everything I have asked for and ordering by phone and having it shipped is much easier than trying to find the time during a busy day to get to the parts store or dealer. RT

First Fastlane purchase today

great prices, great service, great guy to talk with. I will never buy anywhere else from this point on.

He was not willing to sell me a windshield because he felt it would be problematic to ship. He even advised me to try a dealership and because of his price, they were willing to match his. Instead of selling me a product that was high risk of damage, he rather not earn the money and have dissatisfaction among his clients. That man is honest. He could have just shipped it and if it got damaged, I would have to file a claim with the carrier and all that. If I needed a part from anyone, I would first check him

Thanks for that info. That's good to know.
