Questions about Parts?
Call Phil for help at 1-888-333-4642 Mon-Fri 8:00a-6:30p ET (NOT for technical support) The parts on the FastLane website are NOT all they have!!!  Much more is availible by calling Phil... The website is very nice; but it is still worth a call to ask Phil if they have it or can get it, or even match someones price. Don't forget to tell Phil you'r a mercedesshop.com Diesel forum member, every time you call... Good luck and have a great day.

Phil has more parts/availability of parts, than are listed. Waiting on Phil for a new battery tray, hopefully plastic.

Also,
If you don't want to wait on the phone, e-mail him a parts request. He can get parts that you might think are "dealer only" and sometimes for a better price.

Phil has always treated me right. He has been able to get almost everything I have asked for and ordering by phone and having it shipped is much easier than trying to find the time during a busy day to get to the parts store or dealer. RT
