right.....that's what I meant when I said it's a spoof. It can be from a national news organization and still be, IMHO, basically a spoof. A broad, shallow article about some pie in the sky government idea to provide another revenue river. It's so impractical, it's a farce. And CBS knows it. They are just throwing this out to rile people up because they want to attract attention. The real crime here is how irresponsible CBS is in manipulating an issue. But what do you expect from the folks who bring us "60 minutes"?

Exactly.....Dan Rather is still working....they clearly don't care about credibility.
