your state fuel tax

was reading the thread about being taxed by the mile driven. someone responded about the already high per gallon tax. it is funny how states tax fuel. wis. used to be a dime sheaper than ill. then it changed. i know mo. and many southern states are way cheaper than either state and .

in wis. the tax is about .45.

what is your state fuel tax?

I know Fl. adds additional taxes to fuel and the price difference across the state line is about 20¢ more. So if you're heading to Fl. or from there, fill up on the GA side if you can.
